WHERE IS THE EVENT LOCATED?
Culture Shock takes place at Vail Headquarters - a shopping center and historical site located within the Redhawk Towne Center in Temecula.
WHAT ARE VENDING HOURS?
For the safety of our community, we will host from 5-9pm
HOW BIG ARE THE BOOTHS?
All booths will be 10x10ft with white canopies provided by In The Loop.
WHAT IS THE COST TO PARTICIPATE?
Standard booth rate is $75. This price includes your booth space in a prime commercial location, event marketing, promotion, and organization, and a featured link on our website.
HOW MANY GUESTS DO YOU EXPECT AT THE EVENT, AND WHAT'S THE DEMOGRAPHIC?
We have a diverse crowd of all ages including families with young children, couples on date night, trendsetting teenagers, splurging "girl gangs", and the older patrons of the arts. Our events attract between 600-1000 guests in attendance on average.
WHAT TYPE OF VENDORS WILL BE THERE?
Vendors for Culture Shock will be selected based on their connection to each culture, whether it be their own heritage, products made or inspired by the celebrated region or charitable organizations that give back to these regions.
ARE TABLES PROVIDED?
Tables are not provided for this event.
HOW IS LIGHTING?
All vendors are required to bring lighting, rent lights from us, or both! We recommend adding lighting that compliments your brand and aesthetic. If needed, we have lights to rent (2 for $5) for anyone who needs them. The requests for light rentals will go out the week of the event.
IS ELECTRICITY PROVIDED?
Yes, there is plenty of electricity accessible throughout the entire venue. However, vendors are required to bring a least one extension chord to reach the outlets (some vendors may be closer to electrical outlets than others).
CAN I BRING MY CANOPY?
Branded canopies are not permitted at this event. Trailer booths will not require a canopy. Custom backdrops, frames, or walls are welcome, especially to create separation between booths.
CAN I SHARE A BOOTH WITH MY FRIEND?
Yes, but we do charge a shared booth fee of $50. Both vendors will need to apply and be accepted by our team in order to participate.
I HAVE APPLIED AND DID NOT HEAR BACK. WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY APPLICATION?
When selecting vendors we take location, social media presence, diversity, and quality into account. If you do not hear back from us within two week of your submission, you may not meet all of our requirements.
