Is the property pet friendly?

No. Peltzer Winery is not a pet friendly facility (with the exception of certified service animals).

Is the property kid friendly?

Peltzer Winery normally only allows children Thur-Sunday, however, ALL In The Loop event collaborations are ALL AGES.

Where is parking available?

Peltzer Winery provides ample parking in their Crush House parking, Farm Parking and extended event parking.

How big are booths?

Vendors will receive a 10x10ft space at all events. White Canopies will be provided for all vendors. Trailers, busses, and trucks are more than welcome but will have an increase booth rate.

What is the cost to participate?

Peltzer events range from $150-$200 for 10x10 booths and $200-$250 for trailers, food trucks, etc. These prices sometimes vary depending on the scale of the event to help increase (or decrease) our entertainment and production budget.

How is lighting for night time events ?

All vendors are required to bring lighting, rent lights from us, or both! We recommend adding lighting that compliments your brand and aesthetic. If needed, we have lights to rent (2 for $5) for anyone who needs them. The requests for light rentals will go out the week of the event.

Is electricity provided?

Yes, but only for events with hours after sun down. Vendors are required to bring at least one extension chord to reach the outlets (some vendors may be closer to electrical outlets than others). Please DO NOT plug into any other power sources unless advised by our staff.
