What are Vending Hours?
Event hours are 10am - 9pm on Fridays and Saturdays, and 11am-7pm on Sundays.
Load in is 6am on Friday and Saturday and 7pm on Sunday. If you participate in our events you agree to stay the entire duration of the event, however Vendors can begin tearing down as soon as the event ends.
Where is the event located?
In The Loop events will take place in the Plaza and street located in between the Regal Edwards Theatre and the Promenade Temecula’s Food Court.
Where is parking available?
Promenade Temecula has over 5,000 free parking spaces available on property within two parking garages and nine surface lots surrounding the center. Vendor parking is recommended in the Lucille’s parking lot.
Is is ADA accessible?
Yes, the Promenade Temecula is full ADA accessible.
What about Wi-Fi?
Wifi is not available at this location.
How big are booths?
Vendors will receive a 10x10ft space at all events. Trailers, buses, and trucks will be an additional cost. Canopies are NOT provided but required to participate. All 10x10 tents must be WHITE, this includes branded tents.
What is the cost to participate?
Events are $25/hr on average. These prices sometimes vary depending on the scale of the event to help increase (or decrease) our entertainment and production budget.
How is lighting for night time events ?
There are lamp posts throughout the entire plaza area, however, all vendors are required to bring their own battery or solar lighting. We recommend lighting that compliments your brand and aesthetic. Don't forget a power source for your chargers! Generators are ok but must be small, quiet, and INSIDE your given 10x10 space. Some exceptions may apply to Food Vendors.
Is electricity provided?
No. We do not supply electricity at this venue. DO NOT plug into any power sources on site (i.e. light post outlets, or outlets in the plaza) unless advised by our staff. Some exceptions may apply.
Public Facilities?
There are public restrooms located directly inside the Promenade Temecula in the food court.
For early setup times, please keep in mind that the Mall doors don’t open until at 9am.
