What is Altisima Winery?

Is the property pet friendly?
No. Altisima Winery is not a pet friendly facility (with the exception of certified service animals).
Is the property kid friendly?
Altisima Winery’s tasting room, members-only lounge, and grounds are 21+. Seated children are welcome in Gaspar’s restaurant only.
Where is Altisima Winery?
Altisima Winery is located in the heart of De Portola Rd. in Temecula - off the 15 freeway (exit Rancho California) .

What are Vending Hours?
Event hours are 4pm-8pm.
Load in 2pm. Load out 8pm. If you participate in our events you agree to stay the entire duration of the event.
Are there vendor perks?
Yes! Each small business owner (vendor) gets 10% off at the Gasper Restaurant.
Where is parking available?
Altisima Winery provides 3 levels of parking spaces. The first two levels are prioritized to guests and all participating vendors must park on the 3rd level after load in.
Is the property ADA accessible?
Yes, the Altisima Winery property is ADA accessible.
What about Wi-Fi?
Guest Wi-Fi is available on property.
How big are booths?
Vendors will receive a 10x10ft space at all events. White Canopies will NO LONGER be provided at this location. Vendors are REQUIRED to bring their own White Canopy, or an umbrella in place of a White Canopy but must be approved by In The Loop prior. Vendors will be required to weigh down all Canopies & Umbrellas.
What is the cost to participate?
Self-care Sunsets are currently $100. These prices sometimes vary depending on the scale of the event to help increase (or decrease) our entertainment and production budget.
How is lighting for night time events ?
All vendors are required to bring lighting, rent lights from us, or both! We recommend adding lighting that compliments your brand and aesthetic. If needed, we have lights to rent (2 for $5) for anyone who needs them. The requests for light rentals will go out the week of the event.
Is electricity provided?
Yes, if you need electrical to run your booth please state that in your application under the comment section. Altisima Winery is limited on electrical on the turf area. Vendors are required to bring at least one extension chord to reach the outlets (some vendors may be closer to electrical outlets than others). Please DO NOT plug into any other power sources unless advised by our staff.
