What is Vail Headquarters?

Vail Headquarters has been the heart of Temecula since the 1800’s, when the property was a working cattle ranch spanning over 80,000 acres!
What we know as Vail HQ today was the hub of activity on the ranch – with a general store, blacksmith, barns, cookhouse and lodging. Many of the buildings at Vail Headquarters today were originally built in the 1800's. Thanks to decades of preservation and restoration efforts, it is now a living historic park and a destination for specialty restaurants, boutique stores, and special events.

Is the property pet friendly?

Yes! Our property and all events hosted on site are pet friendly. Most restaurants and businesses have outdoor patios to accommodate your furry friends as well.
We ask that you please clean up after your pet and use the designated “pet relief” area located behind the water building on the back east side of the property.

Vail Headquarters is located in the Redhawk Towne Center in 'South’ Temecula - off the 15 freeway (exit Temecula Parkway) .

What are Vending Hours?

Event hours differ on a case by case bases (check the application for specifics), Markets are typically a 4-6 hour duration.

Where is parking available?

We ask that all our Vendors park behind Vail Headquarters in a free public parking lot (access is at the Walmart Auto Care Center) to ensure our guests plenty of parking in front of the venue.

Is the property ADA accessible?

Yes, the Vail Headquarters property and all businesses are ADA accessible.

What about Wi-Fi?

Unfortunately, Wi-Fi is not available in the Market Area, however it is available at most shops and restaurants (ask inside)

How big are booths?

Vendors will receive a 10x10ft space at all events. White Canopies will be provided for all vendors. Trailers, busses, trucks and carts welcome! There may be an additional cost for large vehicles.

What is the cost to participate?

Most markets at Vail HQ start at $125. These prices sometimes vary depending on the scale of the event to help increase (or decrease) our entertainment and production budget.

How is lighting for night time events ?

All vendors are required to bring lighting, rent lights from us, or both! We recommend adding lighting that compliments your brand and aesthetic. If needed, we have lights to rent (2 for $5) for anyone who needs them. The requests for light rentals will go out the week of the event.

Is electricity provided?

Yes, there is plenty of electricity accessible throughout the entire venue. However, vendors are required to bring at least one extension chord to reach the outlets (some vendors may be closer to electrical outlets than others). One outlet per vendor.

Public Facilities?


There are two public restrooms at Vail HQ-one located behind Vail Pizzeria and one on the side of The Cookhouse Food Hall. You will need to ask for the code!
